He wanted to meet me

Just wanted to write about a conversation one of my co-workers and I had at work today. I don't know how the ghost and spirit converation started. Well, I asked her if she believed in ghosts or spirits and she said she did. Obviously, I do to and I started telling her my experience.

When I was about 5 years old I was alone still laying in bed one morning. For some weird reason I felt someone near me. It took me a while to get the courage to open my eyes and look around my room. When I finally decided to look I saw the most unexpected thing. Next to me layed a little boy with light skin, dark-blonde hair, and the most beautiful blue eyes I ever seen. To my surprise I was not scared whats so ever. He actually made me feel safe. Maybe because he had a big smile on his face. He wasn't their to harm or scare me. I covered my face for a moment with my sheets and once I uncovered he wasn't there anymore. Afterwards, I found out from one of our neighbors that before we moved in our house lived a couple with their little boy. Unfourtanetly, he died when he suffocated in a cooler they used as a refigerator. After his death his family moved away. Til this day I can still close my eyes and see him staring at me. I guess he just wanted to meet me.

Queeny- Research Process

Have to say I'm having a difficult time understanding the proposal assignment. Even though I have chosen my topic which is Global Warming I still think is a huge issue that make the research process a little difficult for me. I need to narrow down my issue or change my topic to make this assignment more interesting for me. I want to learn from this assignment as well as engage and have fun with it. Well, to get a better understanding of the assignment I need to ask Professor Jolly to explain it to me a little more. I still need help. I feel completely lost.

On Thursday, March 20, 2008 during my English 102 class the class was involved in a debate about the death penalty. Some argued that they do accept the death penalty when others don't. Well, since i didn't want to say what I thought about the subject during class because I was trying to pay close attention to what others said. My opinion of the subject is that does who killed should have the death penalty. But then again what Mr. Jolly said made my opinion change somewhat because he is right about the large percentage of minorities being sentence to the death penalty. Upper class criminals shouldn't have more freedom. Someone who kills should have the same consequences no matter who they are or how much money they have.

Queeny needs help!

Well, right now Im still very confused on what subject to do for assignment three: the Annotated bibliography for my English 102 class. On my previous assignment I did a analysis on the bebe stores and I didn't think that was a great subject. I want to do my assignment on something that is more interesting and that I can learn from. To be honest reading through the February 2008 issue was my first time reading a laina magazine. i was not a big fan of magazines mainly because it seems that most magazines are full of celebrtiy gossip. Reading through the magazine i found myself enjoying the articles. Congrats on choosing a good role model for your cover page because our culture need positve roel models. Reading Dania Ramirez life story shoed how dedicated she is. i tend to look up to Ltinas whoo don't give up on their goals and dreams.
